An Integrative massage and bodywork session is a combination of different styles of bodywork, such as Swedish massage, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point, Gua Sha, Tui na, Zero Balancing, joint mobilization, acupressure, cupping and stretching that addresses bones, joints, soft tissues and the energetic system. Each treatment's goal is to promote health and wellness by attending to both the physical, emotional and energetic needs of the person.
